Glow
Bambu Lab PLA Glow
Manufactured by Bambu Lab
What it is for
PLA Glow contains luminous powder for nameplates, jewelry and decorative models that glow in low light. Bambu’s HEX references describe the daytime color. They do not measure glow brightness or show the appearance of an illuminated print.
Printing requirements
Bambu recommends 190 to 230°C at the nozzle and a 35 to 45°C bed with adhesive. Avoid 0.2 mm nozzles. Bambu requires a hardened nozzle for regular use and warns that AMS use can accelerate internal wear. AMS lite is incompatible. The drying table lists 55°C for eight hours.
Choosing this material
The manufacturer notes that luminous intensity fades with time. Check a physical sample when the night-time effect matters more than the daytime color.
