Bambu Lab PC FR
Manufactured by Bambu Lab
What it is for
PC FR is Bambu’s flame-retardant polycarbonate for engineering components and protective casings. The manufacturer publishes a UL 94 V-0 report. That material test does not certify an assembled electrical enclosure or every geometry printed from the filament.
Printing requirements
Bambu recommends 260 to 280°C at the nozzle and a 90 to 110°C bed with PVP adhesive. The product supports AMS, but not AMS lite. Dry at 80°C for eight hours and keep it moisture-free during printing. Bambu recommends smooth or textured PEI with PVP adhesive; check that the printer can maintain the specified nozzle and bed temperatures.
Choosing this material
