Galaxy
Bambu Lab PLA Galaxy
Manufactured by Bambu Lab
What it is for
PLA Galaxy contains glass microspheres that reflect light differently as the viewing angle changes. The effect suits display models where gloss and reflections matter. A flat color swatch records the base color but cannot reproduce the changing surface reflections.
Printing requirements
Bambu recommends 190 to 230°C at the nozzle and a 35 to 45°C bed with adhesive. AMS and AMS lite are supported. Bambu does not recommend a 0.2 mm nozzle. The drying table lists 55°C for eight hours, with sealed, desiccant-protected storage during printing.
Choosing this material
Pick the finish before matching the HEX value. Identical screen colors can look different on reflective and plain PLA parts.
