Bambu Lab PLA Sparkle

What it is for

PLA Sparkle contains particles that create a sparkling surface. Bambu describes metal particles in this formulation, unlike PLA Metal, which has a metallic appearance without metal fillers. Sparkle is intended for models where the surface effect is part of the design.

Printing requirements

Bambu recommends 190 to 230°C at the nozzle and a 35 to 45°C bed with adhesive. AMS and AMS lite are supported. Avoid 0.2 mm nozzles because of clogging risk. Bambu lists 0.4 mm stainless steel and 0.4, 0.6 or 0.8 mm hardened steel nozzles. Drying guidance is 55°C for eight hours.
