Bambu Lab PPS-CF
Manufactured by Bambu Lab
What it is for
PPS-CF is carbon-fiber-reinforced polyphenylene sulfide for specialized engineering parts. Bambu reports high heat and chemical resistance, with a separate flammability test report. Those material figures do not certify a finished component or an assembly.
Printing requirements
Bambu recommends 310 to 340°C at the nozzle and a 100 to 120°C bed with adhesive. The cited product page specifies X1E printing, a hardened steel nozzle and a 60 to 90°C chamber. Neither AMS nor AMS lite is supported. Drying guidance is 100 to 140°C for eight to twelve hours. This is outside ordinary PLA printer requirements.
